DEREK MICHALAK (Joe)

Derek hails from Akron, Ohio and has been seen in several Off-Broadway plays including “El Salvador,” “Trust,” “Franks & Beans,” “The Secret Hunter” and “The Basement.” The critically successful Off-Broadway run of “The Basement” was turned into a screenplay in which Derek’s role of “Matt O’Hanlon” was reprised and directed by Larry Brand. The film made its debut at the New York International Film and Video Festival and won the “Best Family Drama Award” and recently became an official selection of the prestigious Mill Valley Film Festival and the Ojai Film Festival. Other credits include Derek in the Award winning films ”The Wedding Bout,” directed by Russ Costanzo and “Fillmore Lights,” directed by Rory Hanaran. Next up for Derek is the film “The Secret Hunter” by award winning writer, Stephanie Dell’Anno Cleary.

DANICAH WALDO (Nina)

Danicah A veteran theater performer, Danicah made her stage debut at the tender age of six, playing a Flower in "ALICE IN WONDERLAND."  Since then, she has appeared in dozens of productions.  Recent roles include Amneris in “AIDA,” Sandy in “GREASE,” Annie Sullivan in “THE MIRACLE WORKER,” The Narrator in “JOSEPH…DREAMCOAT,”  Baker’s Wife in “INTO THE WOODS” and Judy in “A CHORUS LINE.”  Danicah also toured with the Off-Broadway cast of “THE PEOPLE GARDEN” as Miss Syliva.  Not limiting herself to the stage, Danicah has done voice-over and print modeling work and has been seen in a number television commercials and public service announcements.  In addition, she appeared in both the 76th & 77th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parades and is an official “Trendspotter” for Teen People magazine.  Danicah has also worked on a few short films.  She can be seen as Jen in “Detention” (currently in post-production,) as Danielle in “Real Life..on Air” and as Norween Dunwich in “Late Bloomer,” an multi-award-winning short which has screened at independent festivals all over North America including Sundance 2005.  Danicah lives on Long Island and attends public school where she is an honor student and a member of many academic and musical organizations.  Danicah is currently working with writer/director Henry B. Lee on the role of Anna in his upcoming indie feature, “A Blue Ridge Morning.”

AMY HERRING (Tanya)

Amy was blessed to study under Academy Award Winner Karl Malden, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Angelo State University (San Angelo, TX) in the Performing Arts. Since moving to New York, Amy has performed in lead and principal roles in 20 film and television projects. She continues to study her craft at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting as well as the School for Film and Television. She can currently be seen as the new recurring waitress at the ‘SOS Club’ in “All My Children.”

JAMES ELLSWORTH (Richie)

James goes back and forth between roles on stage and film. Having just completed a run in Say Goodnight Gracie, a play by Ralph Pape, at the Independence Theatre in NYC, he is preparing to begin filming Out of the Blue , which will be shot in NYC and Atlantic City.

DESMOND FITZPATRICK ANDREWS

(Michael “Coach”)

Desmond has appeared on stage and screen in several NYC productions. His most recent film work was directing Tracy Platero's  "Significant Other" for Silverhill Films.

From the streets and schoolyards of Dublin,Ireland comes STAND. Their debut album “Correspondent,” sold 20,000 copies. Two singles from that album appeared on the Irish charts, one holding various top ten positions for two weeks in late 1999. In early 2003, between exhausting appearance commitments,the band recorded a batch of songs in various ad hoc spaces while sorting through production options. STAND immediately went into exile with producer/engineer David Seitz (Jeff Buckley, Shawn Colvin, John Wesley Harding, Dar Williams),at the Clubhouse Studio in Upstate, NY and Shelter Island Sound in NYC. The band toured the first months of 2004 preparing to release their highly anticipated album in the United States.

RANDINO DEL ROSARIO

(Production Design and Make-up Design) Randy began his career in New York backstage at a Betsey Johnson fashion show back in 1982. His make-up and costume design talents brought him to the Philadelphia theatre scene with such shows as "Barrymore!"; "Frank Lloyd Wright"; "Mark Twain's America"; "Eleanor and Hick" and "Tallulah!” He's had the privilege of working in two of the oldest theatres in the United States: The Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia and The Barter Theatre in Virginia. When not behind the scenes he has also enjoyed his time in the limelight. Most recently performing a tour de force one man cabaret show entitled "Confessions of an ex-Catholic Schoolboy!” he's also been Malcolm in Charles Busche's "Red Scare On Sunset", a featured performer in Tom Wilson Weinberg's "Songbook One and Two". He is also the driving force of his own theatre company in Philadelphia - Two Boys On Broadway Productions.

 

 

ANNE MARIE C. DEL ROSARIO (MusicSupervisor)

Anne Marie recently graduated with honors from Queens College (a City University of NY) and continues to pursue her career as a writer and MA in English and Fine Arts. She has completed two short documentaries: “The Flea”(Spring 2004) and “The Sexual Revolution and Transcendentalism”  (Spring 2005).

RICK L. DEL ROSARIO (Producer)

Rick del Rosario holds a BBA degree from Hofstra University and has had over
10 years of experience in sales and marketing.  His knowledge, skills, and
careful research with projects are recognized and reflected in Rosario
Entertainment.  Rick continues to pursue the business side of the film
industry and the success of Rosario Entertainment.
